Non-P&G items you can get for free this week! (or use them to get your $25 total for the coupon):
**Buy 2 Chex Mix at $.99 each, use $1 off 2 from paper and $1 off 2 from RA Video Values) = 2 free

Rite Aid through 1/30

I apologize for the late posting this week-I got a new laptop and my programs aren't linking up that nicely yet. But I'm trying my best! Anyway, I’m going to write a Rite Aid “How-To” soon. To get us through todays' post, here are some quick explanations…
Single Check Rebate: Sign up here. Fill in your receipt information and they'll figure out all the qualifying items you purchased. At the end of the month request your check by mail (I’ve gotten $15-$35 each month since October!)
Game of Life: Through February, play this awesome game - I explained it a little bit here
Video Value Coupons: I’ve heard a little about these coupons, but I just took advantage of it Monday! Sign up here and watch little commercials to get RA coupons. They may be used with manufacturer coupons. Most commercials are about 30 seconds. When you get 20 credits (about 20 commercials) you get a $5 off $20 coupon! There are 3 items below with VV coupons.
P&G deal: Through the 1st week of February take advantage of this gift card rebate, I explained it here

**Quilted Northern $6.49, use $1 off from paper & $2 off VV coupon = $3.49 (great deal on tp!)

P&G Items…most of these items are not originally “free” because there are so many opportunities to get them for free after this $5 off $25 coupon and the $35 gift card when purchasing $100.
**Olay Quench Lotion $9.99 (based on Online Price), use $1 off Olay lotion coupon from paper, then submit for the Olay Quench Rebate = $1 overage

Smokey Bones! and O'Charleys reminder

Smokey Bones really comes up with the BEST coupons! Click here for a buy one get one free coupon! Remember, visit before 6 on weekdays and get half price appetizers (even the big sampler). And if you purchased a gift card with corresponding $10 bonus, this would be a great time to use it!...you may need to have 2 separate checks though because both say they can't be used with other offers.

If you looking for additional places to dine, visit O'CHARLEYS before 7pm and after 11pm - if you sit in the bar you get half price appetizers! There were $5 off $20 coupons in Sundays paper! Most of the appetizers are about $7, so you would have to buy 6 appetizers to use the coupon...and yes Jeremy and I did this a few weeks ago...we barely had room for our drinks on the table! Also during this time beers are BOGO - that makes 2 Bud Lights at $2.99 cheaper than my Dr.Pepper (ridiculous) - there are other drink specials too!

Rite Aid P&G diaper deal

Check out the P&G details here, the Rite Aid description is here. You'll want to spend $100 (before coupons) to get the $35 VISA card and spend that $100 in 4 trips using this $5 off $25. I will definately be posting some more deals, but for easy math, if you just want in for the diapers (Pampers), do this:

My Transaction #2
Pampers big box $19.99
Pampers wipes $5.99
Total: $25.98

Coupons:
$2 off diapers from paper
$.50 off wipes from paper
$5 off $25 (print above)

Out of pocket: $18.48
Repeat 3 more times

You'll have about $74 out of pocket (depending on how many coupons you have) and you'll get a $35 VISA card back = $39 for 4 boxes of diapers and 4 packs of wipes, that's almost cheaper than 4 jumbos!

12 - 12 packs of Pepsi for FREE at CVS

My head is spinning from all the deals coming up this week. Rite Aid in particular has an amazing P&G deal. BUT 12 packs of Pepsi for free at CVS this one is going to be easy!

**update** it seems that the $5 off $20 has been taken down. In the right top corner of the CVS website it says you may click for a $5 off ($30) coupon...but I can't find it. Either way I would still do 2 transactions (buy 9 and then 3 with coupon....or 6 and 6 without the coupon)- if you don't split the transaction a $20 ECB will print out and that is a lot to spend on another trip. If you find the coupon it will be $5 for 12-12 packs...without the coupon it's $10 for 12-12 packs...still a ridiculous deal!

Transaction #1
Pick up 6 - 12 packs for $20
Print & use this $5 off $20 coupon
Pay $15 and receive $10 ECB

Transaction #2
Pick up 6 - 12 packs for $20
Use the $5 off $20 coupon
Use the $10 ECB from the 1st transaction
Pay $5 and recieve a $10 ECB

Submit for this $10 rebate (page 2 - $10 back on a $30 purchase)

Results: you've spent $20 out of pocket, you've got $10 ECB to spend on whatever you want next time and $10 coming in the mail! I said 12 - 12 packs for easy math but as you can see from the ad and the rebate, you may throw in Tostitos, Starbucks, Gatorade, etc, for this deal.

Rite Aid through 1/16

I’m still getting used to Rite Aid…my 3rd drug store. The deals and freebies are often in the form of a rebate, so the gratification isn't instant, but I still know it's coming! They often have x off xx coupons which always makes the deals better!

There is also new promotion based on the game of Life. Does anyone else become addicted to the Monopoly game at McDonald’s…yeah, I think I’m in trouble… This one goes until 2/27 and you could win gift cards, cash, a car, or pay off your mortgage. For some reason I always think I’m going to be a big winner, I HAVE won a couple french fries at McDonald’s… Anyway, you get a game ticket for each transaction and then there’s a huge list of items that give you additional game tickets. Each game ticket has either a RA coupon for a random item (that may be used with a manufacturer coupon) or a *free* item and 5 game tokens that you place on the Life game board that you pick up a the store. Also it takes 2 tickets to enter to win a Carnival cruise (you get one on EVERY token) - I’ve already entered twice! Okay, after all these explanations…here are the deals for this week!

**Contac Cold & Flu $4.99 with $4.99 SCR (Single Check Rebate), use $2 coupon from paper or print one here = $2 overage
**Theraflu $4.99 with $3 SCR, use $2 coupon from paper or print one here, here or here = free
**GE Soft White Bulbs 2 pack $2.00 with $2 SCR = free (also an extra ticket item)
**Drano Max $3.49, use $.55 coupon here and $.50 in-ad coupon = $2.40 (it’s not on sale too often!)
**Windex Trigger 26 oz. or Wipes 28 count $2.49, use $1 coupon here and $.50 in-ad coupon = $.99 (also hard to get a good deal on)

..and for more tickets...Snapple is on the list and on sale, $.99

CVS through 1/16

There aren’t a lot of free items at CVS this week either. But if there are other things you need at CVS, you may take the Medicare quiz to get a $5 off $30 coupon.

**Buy 2 or one of each of CVS Green Bag Tags or Reusable Shopping Bags @ $.99 get $1 ECB = $.98 for 2. This isn’t initially free, but every 4th time you use a reusable bag at CVS and scan the tag you’ll get $1 ECB…so on your 4th visit, you get your $.98 back and your 8th trip or more you’ll be making money!
**Buy 2 GE Reveal Light Bulb 4pk @ 2 for $6 get a $2 ECB, use 2 - $2 coupons from the paper, or print a $1 coupon here = free or $1 each
**Soy Joy 6 ct. box $6 with $6 ECB = free (limit 6!)
**Oust Air & Surface Sanitizer $3.99 with $3 ECB, use the BOGO coupon from the paper = 2 free + $2 overage (limit 3!)
