I went to Wags last night and tried to get the migrane med but they wouldn't take my coupon because the coupon was .01 more than the item.
Your thoughts?
Try a different cashier, different time of day, different Wags. Sometimes cashiers are just silly. Regardness of whether or not it was .01 over the cost Wags is FULLY refunded for the coupon value (+ $.08), they are not losing a penny! They also have the ability to adjust the coupon to $1.99. You could ask for a manager next time. When things don't go the way they "should" I usually just cancel my order and go try later with a different...cashier, wags...etc.
Thanks for the info. I did get a manager and the cashier quickly told him why she thought it wouldn't work and he jumped on board with her.
