The Mega Deal this week is the same as last week and it's too good to pass up. I went at the end of the week after realizing all the free stuff out there. There is a list of items eligible for the $.50 off...just look again and you see it...or 3 from the last few months)

Quick question...where are you getting all your coupons?
Unless stated otherwise, they're all from the Sunday paper. So looking at this Kroger list, all the coupons are from the paper except for the shortcuts & cellfire coupons that you load on to your Kroger card.
I plan on making my big trip today! Hopefully they still have a bunch of stuff!
If you would like to know more specifically which newspaper the coupons came from, there are websites like www.couponmom.com and www.afullcup.com (both require signing up, but they're free) where you may click on their "coupon database" and search for coupons. For example, when I put 'Chex' into the database it says there was a Chex Mix coupon in the 6/7 & 7/19 SmartSource, a Chex bars in 6/28 SS and a Chex cereal in 6/14 SS.
It is very helpful for those that don't cut out coupons, but keep their coupon inserts intact and can go back and get what they need...I just cut everything up and assume I'm going to get a deal somewhere down the road.
