Victoria Secret - 3 sweaters & scarf $30.99

It's not free, but it's a pretty GREAT deal. Pick 3 sweaters & this scarf. Then before check out, check the box under your purchases "check here if you have an offer code..." Enter these codes: vssave20, scarf09, and 3for30; which you gives you free shipping, a free scarf and the sweaters 3 for $30. You should get out for $30.99 plus tax.

Staples - Cyber Monday

There are some super deals on Staples website today. One is purchase $25 worth of Sharpies, get them all free. Also, you can get 20 Duracell batteries for free after $12.99 rebate (their rebates are super easy). You can get the batteries in store all week! I think you can ship to store for FREE.

I've beeen trying to get the Sharpie code (96140) to work last night and this morning and have been unsuccessful....and a lot of the Sharpies are sold out. I would suggest calling and ordering over the phone if you want to get in on the deal - soon.

Thanksgiving Weekend Drug Store Haul

I visited Walgreens, CVS and Rite Aid on Thanksgiving morning. There were so many free deals at each store and most of them worked out perfectly.

Wags

Cash out of pocket: $5.21

RRs used: $26

RRs received: $23

Total Lost: $8.21 (come on, I bought a bunch of TP!)

CVS

Cash out of pocket: $21.10 (I didn’t have a lot of ECBs stored up)

ECBs used: $13.50

ECBs received: $40.58

Total Profit: $5.98

Rite Aid

Cash out of pocket: $5.68

Single Check Rebates to be received: $8

Total Profit: $2.32

Throughout the three stores I had a total profit of $.08! And I got things I needed like TP and milk (not pictured) I say that’s a Happy Thanksgiving!

I went back for more on Saturday morning considering the wad of ECBs and RRs I had and the deals that were still going on. Below is a combination of weekly deals and Thanksgiving deals (jumbo pack of wipes not pictured). My receipts got lost in the shuffle, so I can’t remember how much I specifically spent in RRs & ECBs vs cash, but the totals should be correct.

Wags

Cash + RRs spent: $32.89

RRs received: $33.50

Total Profit: $.61

CVS

Cash + ECBs spent: $22.04

ECBs received: $5

Total Cost: $17.04

So, throughout these two stores I lost $16.43, but I bought some things I needed like diapers and wipes (not pictured), milk, and paper plates. I am very happy with my purchases!

Wags 11/26-28

Can you believe all the stores that are open on Thanksgiving Day? There were ads in the paper today for Kmart and Meijer, and I think Kohl’s is open too. Not to mention CVS & Walgreens. I have to admit that I went to the 24 hr CVS last year at about 12:30am, but I did it ONLY because I was already awake and down the street…it was on my way home. I ended up getting one of each of the free items and I think I waited in line for about 30 minutes behind about 6 other coupon people. It was not worth it, if the deal (and wait) are easy, I’m up for it, but not when I have to fight to get a product...This year, I’ll wait until regular store hours…

Here are the deals for Walgreens Thur-Sat:
**Dove Ultimate Visibly Smooth deodorant $3.99 with $4RR, print $2 coupon here , there was also a $1 coupon in the paper = $2 overage
**Infusium 23 Hair Care $4.99 with $5RR, use $2 coupon from All You Mag or paper = $2 overage

**Nivea for Men Shave Gel $2.49 with $2.50RR, use $1 coupon from paper = free
**Johnson’s Softwash $5.99 with $6RR = free
**3M Command Adhesives (don’t we all need these for the holidays?) BOGO, buy 2 at $3.49, use 2 – $1 coupons from paper or print them one here = $.75 each
**Crayola Color Wonder/Color Explosion 3D BOGO, use $1 coupon from Wags Coloring Book (takes off $2) = $2.50 each (something fun you may buy with all that overage your getting...or maybe I’ll just go for the TV with Redbox rentals!)

And don't forget to add in all the weekly deals!

Diaper Deals this week

As if there's not enough to do this week with the holidays and Black Friday, there are some super Huggies deals! (PS I love Pampers, why oh why are Huggies always the ones on sale). I would prefer to get my diapers for $4 or less per pack, but it's been a while, so we've gotta pay a little more...

KMart
Huggies jumbo diapers & pull-ups $9.99, buy 3 get $6 off at checkout. Print a $2 Huggies coupon here, this $3 Pure & Natural coupon here or Pull-Ups coupons here or here, or add in whatever you have from the paper. Your total cost will be $4.99 - $5.99 depending on the coupons you use. If there are other things you want to purchase at KMart, use this $5 off $50 (hand over before all other coupons) to make your deal even sweeter!

CVS
Buy $20 worth of Huggies products get $5 ECB. Buy 2 packs of diapers for $18.99 and 1 Package of wipes for $6.99. Use any of the printable manufacturer coupons listed above with KMart, plus the $.50 off wipes from the paper = $4.99 - $5.49 per item. If you're new to CVS, check out the CVS-how to for extra info.

Walgreens
If I had been smart I would have looked for diaper deals yesterday when the $5 coupon was available …but now it’s gone. Huggies jumbos are $8.99, use any of the coupons above, along with the $1 off coupon from the Wags Coloring Book (it will multiply by the # you buy) = $4.99-$5.99 (if we had bought 4 with the $5 coupon we could have been down to $3.74-$4.74 boooooo)

Rite Aid
Receive 1- $3 SCR (single check rebate) with the purchase of 1 jumbo pack. Use any coupons above, plus you could buy some more stuff and use this $5 off $25. Through December if you buy 5 packs of Huggies you will get a coupon in the mail to get a 6th pack for free. Sorry, I’m not sure what the current cost is, but I think they’re on sale. The Mega packs also have a $2 SCR.

Kroger
Buy 2 packs of Huggies at $8.99. Use any 2 coupons from above. Load a $1.50 off coupon from shortcuts.com and $3 coupon (off 2) from cellfire.com onto your Kroger card = $3.74 $4.74. (Watch your receipt after checkout to make sure both loaded coupons come off – contact the websites if not)

And in the end submit ALL your Huggies receipts to the Caregivers Marketplace for an additional $.75 off per pack by rebate. WOOHOO!

Wags scenarios 11/22-23

I'm planning on *losing* a little money over the next two days, just so I can get some things I want/need, but it always turns out in the end...

Scenario #1
Almay Tube Foundation $9.99
2 Nutrigrain @ $2.50 = $5
3 Lubriderm 6 oz @ $3.79 = $11.37
Lay's $3.99
Poppycock $0 (BOGO with Lay's)

Total Value: $30.35

Coupons:
$5 off $25 purchase
$3 off Lubriderm ($1 off multiplied from Wags Diabetes book)
$2 off Lubriderm from paper (could use up to 3 if you have it)
$.75 off Poppycock from paper

Out of Pocket: $19.60
RRs received: $19 ($10 Almay, $1 Nutrigrain, $8 Lubriderm)
Total loss :$.60
____________________

Scenario #2
5 Nabisco crackers @ $2 = $10
4 Sunkist/Dr.Pepper/Canada Dry etc. $10
2 Triaminic $10
Tuff Trash Bags $2.99

Total Value: $32.99

Coupons:
$5 off $25 purchase
$2.50 off Nabisco crackers ($1 off 2 multiplied from Wags Diabetes book)
$4 off Triaminic ($2 off multiplied from Wags Health Savings book)
$1 off Nabisco from paper (use more if you have them)
$3 off 2 Triaminic from paper

RRs used from previous transaction: $10 Almay + $1 Nutrigrain
Out of Pocket: $6.49
RRs Received: $8 ($5 Triaminic, $3 Nabisco)
Total loss: $9.49
_________________

Scenario #3
5 Nabisco Crackers $10
Kleenex $.89 (use in-ad coupon)
2 Rolaids 100 ct @ $4.99 = $9.98
Dulcolax $7

Total value: $27.87

Coupons:
$5 off $25 purchase
$2.50 off Nabisco (from Wags diabetes book)
$.75 off Kleenex (it's on the KMart website, but it's a manufacturer coupon)
$4 off 2 Rolaids from paper
$3 off Dulcolax from hangtag on bottle

RRs used from previous transactions: $8 Lubriderm (can't use Nabisco on Nabisco and we dont' have enough 'cost' left for the $5 Triaminic)
Out of Pocket: $4.62
RRs received: $12 ($3 Nabisco, $5 Rolaids, $4 Dulcolax)
Rebates: $10 Nabisco for purchase 10 products

Over 3 transactions, the value of items was $91.21, our out of pocket was $30.71 and we still have $20 in RRs to use next time...after rebates and RRs the total actual cost of these transactions was $.71. How crazy is that?!

More coupons!

I don't think the $3 off $15 coupon for Rite Aid in the previous post is working, so here's another one which is valid through 11/28. Also included in the link is a $2 of $2 purchase of RA brand skin care or beauty product...I'm sure there's something free out there.

On Sunday & Saturday there is a $5 off $25 coupon available for Walgreens. I will post some options soon.

Old Navy is calling their Thanksgiving event Gobblepalooza and they are offering some great deals Nov 26-28 (including: 50% off all outerwear, $15 adult jeans and sweaters & $15 Frost Free jackets for kids). However, you can "create a rock band" on the website and get a 50% off coupon valid for tomorrow (Saturday 11/21). Click here for the details. (This week "party cardis" are $19, with the couponget it for $9.50)

And if you're by an Old Navy tomorrow, you'll probably see a Bath & Body Works too, click here for a coupon valid for a FREE Signature Collection travel size item with ANY purchase (up to $5 value). So pick up one of those $1 hand sanitizers or something and get this free item! Also, the $10 off $30 coupon is still valid through the 22nd (although I think there are $10 off $30 coupons at checkout too, valid through 12/24). I'm not sure if the 2 coupons may be used together, but you may certainly try!

Toys R Us is having a 2-day doorbuster sale today and tomorrow, you can check out the ad here. One great deal you may combine with a coupon is the PlaySkool Mr & Mrs Potato Head for $3.99. Print the $2/1 coupon from here and get it for just $1.99 - I think they're usually like $7.99?! (PS if you are afraid to brave the crowds (like me) Wal-Mart and Target price match...well maybe not Target in this case because of the 'doorbuster' pricing, but in most cases, they will).

Borders e-mails TONS of coupon, sign up if you haven't already! Here is a 30% off any one book valid through the 24th.

Rite Aid through 11/21

I just submitted my first check request for Rite Aid for the month of October (yes, I could have done it a few weeks ago, but since it was my first time, I wanted to make sure I was doing it right). It turns out I’ll get a $30.xx check, a $10 gift card and an extra $5 “gift of savings,” which I’m not sure if it’s another check or a store credit. I am VERY excited, and I’m sure I made a profit on all the things I bought! To keep the savings rolling I found a few items that are free this week. Hopefully I’m not too late in the week to take advantage of these deals (sorry)!

Depending on how much you're buying, print a $3 off $15 coupon (use zip code 01085) or $5 off $25 coupon. Here we go!

**Select Planters Peanuts are BOGO, get a $5 SCR (single check rebate) when you buy $15 worth. SO, buy 10 Planters Honey Roasted Peanuts at $3.29 (hopefully we’ll be able to find that many…and don’t worry, you’ll use them, the holidays are coming up!), If you use the $3 off $15 coupon, you'll pay $13.45 out of pocket. (if you received the Kraft Back to School Booklet there are $1 off 2 coupons in there to make your OOP less). THEN there is a $10 rebate on Nabisco/Planters products. So, moral of the story, $13.45 out of pocket, $5 SCR, $10 mail in rebate = $1.55 overage!
**Crest Extra White Plus Scope $2.69 with $2.69 SCR, use $.75 coupon from paper = $.75 overage
**Kotex Liners/Pads/Tampons $2.99 with $2 SCR, print a $1 coupon here = free
**GE Energy Smart Light Bulbs 1 ct $2 with $2 SCR when you buy 2. Use 2 - $1 coupons from the paper = 2 free (I just have one coupon though, so I’ll be covering the extra $1 with a 3/15 or 5/25 coupon)
**Renuzit Adjustable Air freshener $.99 with $1 SCR when you buy 2. Print a BOGO coupon here (use zip 44256 if you don’t see it) = 2 free

…and since I might need a few more items to use a 5/25 coupon here are some other great deals (close to free with coupon)
**Tic Tac Chill $1, use $75 coupon from paper = $.25
**Mentos Gum $1, use $.55 coupon from paper = $.45
**7-Up 2 Liter, 3 for $3.99, use $2 of 3 in-ad coupon = $.66 each
**Robitussin To Go 10 ct $6.99 with $4 SCR. Print $2 coupon here = $.99
**Arm & Hammer Spinbrush Pro Whitening/Clean or Children $5.99 with $2 SCR. Print $2 coupon here = $1.99
**Garnier Nutritionist Cleansers $4.99 with $2 SCR, use $1 coupon from paper = $1.99

Remember, hand over your x/xx coupon (total after tax must be above $15 or $25) THEN hand over manufacturer coupons.

I need a new vacuum

We have a 100 lb dog and he spreads quite a bit of hair around the house. I pulled the vacuum out the other day and it begin to smell, that burning smell along with the weird noise. Yikes. Well, after perusing the Sunday ads and even the Black Friday Sales I think I found my best deal at Bed Bath and Beyond. With the amount of hair this dog provides, I really don't want to skimp out and buy a 'cheap' vacuum, but I think I found an GREAT deal, so I thought I'd share!

The Bissel Healthy Home Upright is $249.99, and it has a 5 year warranty, so it's got to be pretty good, right? Well, first I'm going to use one of those 20% off coupons that are always in the mail, so I'll end up paying about $200 + tax out of pocket. Through 11/30 they are offering a $75 BB&B gift card with purchase, so I'm down to about $125. THEN, in going through my coupons tonight I found a $20 rebate that was in the paper a few weeks ago! So, when I purchase the vacuum I'll ask for 2 receipts to send in for the 2 rebates. In the end I'll have a $250 vacuum for $105! Woohoo!!!

If you don't need a new vacuum, could this be a Christmas gift for someone in your family?

Kroger - free card games

There aren't a whole lot of great deals at Kroger this week, but, in Sunday's USA Weekend magazine (I don't know why I chose to look through it) there was a coupon for buy one get one free Hasbro Card games (Scrabble Slam, Monopoly Deal & more). It was on page 3. Well, this week, Kroger has some of those games buy one get on free. So, pick up 2 of them this week and get them both for free!

Wags through 11/21

I've gotten too much free Almay ($10) over the past few weeks and now I have $44 in RRs to spend by Saturday! Yikes! I'm going to have to spend my RRs wisely so that I don't lose too much! Here are the deals this week:

**Aussie Hair Care $2.99 with $2RR, use the $1 coupon from the paper = free
**Ricola Mixed Berry Cough Drops 19ct $1 with $1RR, use the $.50 coupon from the Wags Healthy Savings book = $.50 overage. If you still have the Ricola BOGO coupon, the HSB will probably take off $.50 for each one and still give you the one free = $1 overage
**Ziploc Bags $1.99, print 2 - $1.50 off 2 coupons here and buy 4 boxes, pay $4.96 then submit for the $5 SC Johnson Rebate = 4 free
**Buy 3 Lubriderm Daily Moisture 6 oz (UPC 5280048826) $3.79, get $8 RR. Use $2 coupons from the paper and the $1 coupon (it will multiply by 3) from the Wags 'Diabetes and You' booklet (I found mine on a rack near the pharmacy). I only have one $2 coupon so my out of pocket will be $6.37 for $1.63 in overage. If you have 3 - $2 coupons you would have $5.63 overage!
**Dulcolax Balance $7 with $4 RR, use $3 coupon attached to bottle = free. You may also submit for the $5 rebate if you haven’t already, for $5 overage.
**Almay Pure Blends Foundation $9.99 with $10RR = free

Since I have so much shopping to do, here are some additional items that are not ‘free,’ but they are pretty cheap...
**Lindsay Olives $.99 with in-ad coupon, print $1 off 2 here = $.49 each
**Welch’s Sparkling Grape Juice 2 for $5 with in-ad coupon, print $2 coupon here = $.50 (you can just buy 1)
**Cheez-It Crackers & Keebler Cookies (small boxes) $.50
**Select Kellogg’s Cereals $1.99, use $1 or $1 off 2 coupons from paper or print here = $.99 (or $1.50)
**Healthy Choice Café Steamers $2.50, print $2 coupon here = $.50
**Blistex $.99 with in-ad coupon, use $1 off 2 from paper = $.49 each

I also heard that Cottonelle Double Roll 4pk may be on clearance for $1. If you're interested, get a price check…there is a $1 coupon here = free!

Bath & Body Works & Old Navy

B&BW has a printable coupon available for $10 off of $30. Through Nov 15th their Anti-Bacterial Moisturizing Hand Soap is on sale 4 for $10. If you bought 12 of these and used the $10 off coupon, you would get each one for $1.67! These would be great for fillers in baskets or last minute Christmas gifts!

And since we're at the mall, you may was well head over to Old Navy and use this 30% off coupon! Through today (Thursday) all their outerwear is 50% off, so it would be great to combine the sale and coupon. However, I'm sure tomorrow will start a new sale!

Wags through 11/16

First, print a few $5 off a $25 purchase to make ALL these deals much more profitable! The fine print does read that the total must be $25 before all coupons, but really it means after Walgreens coupons ($25 after all in-ad coupons, November coupon booklets, Healthy Savings booklets, etc.). So as long as you are still above $25 before handing over manufacturer coupons or register rewards, you should be fine. However, if the cashier gives you a hard time, the fine print covers them and not you, so you may want to abort and run to the next Walgreens or just pay a little more out of pocket, your choice. I’m also going to post a few items this week that are super cheap, but not quite *free.* Because of the $5 off coupon there’s little more wiggle room. So, here we go!

**Buy 3 Neosporin 1oz @ $6.99, get $8 RR, print 3 - $1 coupons here, or use coupons from paper, print $3 off Walgreens Internet coupon (will take off $9) AND, use $2 off from Wags Coloring Book (takes off $6) = 3 free + $5 overage!
**Bayer Glucose Meter, Contour or Breeze 2 $14.99 with $5 RR, use $30 off coupon from paper (will adjust to $14.99) = free + $5 overage
**Buy 3 Glade Sprays 9 oz priced at $1.89 each=$5.67, use BOGO coupon (-1.89), $1 off 2 from November book, and $.99 in-ad coupon ( subtracts $2.70 for all 3) = $.08 for all 3!. THEN submit for the SC Johnson Rebate= $4.92 overage! (Remember you may do the rebate 3 different times with three different receipts)
**Comtrex (20 ct) $5.99, use $2 coupon from paper, $3 coupon from November booklet, and $2 coupon from Healthy Savings Book = $1 overage! (no RRs involved!)
**Trident Layers Gum $1.49, use BOGO coupon from paper, print a $.75 coupon here, AND print 2 Walgreens Internet Coupon subtracting $.50 per pack = 2 free + $.50 overage! (give manufacturer coupons first)
**Almay Pure Blends Foundation $9.99 with $10 RR = free

Old Navy - Outerwear sale!

I went to Old Navy on Saturday because I heard they were having a $1 scarf sale...and they were and there were piles of scarves. BUT they were also having a 50% off outerwear sale which lasts until the 12th. And NOT ONLY was outwear 50% off, but Old Navy card holders get an additional 30% off. So, full length wool dress coats, regularly $99, were $34.95. It's unbelievable. I got Jacob a winter jacket which I have been looking for since the consignment sales in September. If was originally $39.50 and with both discounts I got it for $13.83!

If you do not have an Old Navy credit card there are still discount options! Old Navy Weekly has hidden coupons all over the front page of their site and they change weekly. This blog post tells you where they all are, but I think the easiest one is going to be 15% off your total purchase by clicking on the arm of the yellow fleece in the middle bottom of the screen. Let me know if you get any super deals!
